Professional Radon Training Classes in the Classroom or at Home

For the last 20 years, AccuStar has supported our professional radon training division, Spruce Radon Training. The first course we introduced was Residential Radon Measurement, which (although updated through the years) is still the foundation of the entire Spruce professional radon courses.

The entry-level course offerings have grown to include Radon Mitigation courses. In the last few years, Spruce Training has added advanced courses that include Testing Multifamily Buildings, Mitigating Multifamily Buildings, Testing Schools and Large Buildings, Mitigating Schools and Large Buildings, Advanced Reducing Radon in New Construction (RRNC 2.0), and more. The entry-level courses are now offered through monthly live webinars…which offer the best features of live classroom courses with the convenience and cost savings of never having to leave your home or office. Advanced courses are offered every 2 or 3 months as live webinars, and the Mitigating Schools and Large Buildings is also offered as a self-guided, online course.

Radon Training Courses

We often present classroom courses in locations throughout the U.S. on an as-needed or invitation basis. Courses we offer occasionally in the classroom and more frequently as live webinars include Inspecting Radon Mitigation Systems as well as our advanced courses. Many of our live courses become the basis of our self-guided, online continuing education courses, while other online courses were developed for online use only. Most popular among home inspectors is our online QA/QC for Radon Measurement course.

All of the Spruce Radon Training courses are approved for Category I CE by the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP). The entry-level courses and many of the CE courses have also been approved by the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) and ASHI.

To help make entry into the field and renewal of certifications more accessible, all Spruce Radon Training courses are offered at fees that are significantly below comparable course offerings. The Spruce course catalog is constantly being expanded to meet the needs of radon professionals.
