This test kit is intended for real estate transactions. To perform a radon test for a real estate transaction, the EPA recommends that two test devices be placed side by side in the lowest livable area of the home. May also be used to test two different locations within the same property.

The diffusion barrier technology resists the effects of humidity. Also recommended when a short term test duration longer than 2 to 7 days is recommended.

Analyses conducted using gamma ray spectroscopy. Results available same business day if received by noon.
